LIVE online CLASSES still AVAILABLE

Since March 2020, the global pandemic has up ended our day-to-day lives in many ways. Losing touch with your yoga practice should not be one of them. In fact, yoga gives us tools that can help counteract the effects of this demanding, chaotic situation. Yoga practice reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and improves circulation and lung function. Practicing with others fosters community and helps relieve our sense of isolation.

In an effort to provide these benefits to students, I teach 3 live Online Classes through Adeline Yoga Studio in Berkeley. Adeline offers 40+ classes each week, both in-person, and online. Here is my class schedule:

Active Yoga for Seniors      Monday    10:30 - 11:45 am

Gentle Yoga for Seniors Thursday 10:30 - 11:45 am

Yoga for Seniors Saturday 10:30 - 11:45 am

If you want to join any of the online classes at Adeline, you need to sign up and pay for class in advance. New students are encouraged to register for your first online class a day or two ahead of time. For ongoing students, please sign up for class via the Adeline website at least 60 mins before class starts.

About an hour before class begins you'll get an email confirmation with the link to access the class online.  Everyone is encouraged to log on to Zoom using this link at least 5 minutes before class begins.

Of course you'll need a computer, ipad/tablet or smartphone to complete the process.  I recommend using Chrome as your browser, having learned from personal experience that Firefox is not compatible with the audio component of Zoom, the live-streaming application that supports these online classes.

If you have any problems with registration or online access, please contact Adeline Yoga directly at support@adelineyoga.com
